Window operator

Question

I am a property manager in need of several parts for this type of window please get back with me so I can order parts or complete operating system for this type of window. The single straight arm is 11". It is face mounted like,39-141 but the screws go from the outside toward the inside of the house. Can you receomend a replacement.

Sounds like you need a rear mount operator. See our 39-023, which has rear mount holes. Could this work for you?
