Window operator not pulling window closed

Question

Hello there. I think the screw in the window operator is stripped as it's unable to pull the window completely closed.  When it nears closing the cranks ur a like something is stripped inside.  I would very much appreciate your support to get me back in good shape.

Hi there! It definitely sounds like your gears are stripped out. Replacing the operator should fix the problem.

Yours in particular looks like our 39-365. This has a stainless steel wheel at the end of the arm, which I think yours has, too. I can sort of make it out in your first photo.
