Question

This window operator seems to match up with your part number 39-036 the differences that the length of the long arm on mine is 6 1/2" from end to end. The length of the short arm is 3 7/8" and your picture doesn't provide a dimension for that. Can you help me identify the part please

This is a picture of the part I'm trying to replace I need to handed this way and one handed the opposite

Take a look at the 39-382 operator. This is the same design as the 39-036 except it has a 6-1/2" long link arm as shown below. We also offer the 39-381 opposite-handed version if needed. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thanks for posting!
