Window operator won't close

Question

I have a Caradco casement window. It opens but won't close. It does nopt appear that anything is stripped.

House was built in 1996.

Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, I'm having a bit of trouble identifying your operator while it is still installed in the window. If at all possible, could you please remove it and take a few pictures of it separately?

In the meantime, please take a look at our 39-155 and 39-156 Caradco window operators and compare their dimensions to your own hardware. Do you think these would work?
