Window operator and crank handle

Question

I have a window operator, arm & crank handle, a right hand and a left hand that I need to replace.  The spindle part is 4 inches wide at the top and the arm 13-1/2 inches if I measured correctly.  The model # appears to be on the one RH  45358. See picture.  Is there a replacement for this please?  Thank you.

Hello there. This might be an older version of the 13-1/2" straight arm 39-014. Compare the diagram below with your old mechanism to confirm it matches up. For a handle set that works with this operator, see the 39-114L.
