Window operators

In previous emails, Swisco customer service suggested that Part SS39-239C is the correct replacement for my old operators (Milgard vinyl awning windows, installed in 2001 or 2002).
My question is: would Truth 39-375 folding handle with cover work with the new operator? Currently the old handles on my windows don't fold but I would rather folding handles. Thank you!
