It looks like you're referring to the Top Sash Guide, the nylon pieces in the top corners of the window sash that keep the channel balances in place. The cap of it looks reminiscent of our 18-073, but you'll need to remove the old guide and compare the appearance and dimensions to confirm. Refer to the pictures on the shop page for reference.
