Hi,
One of my window part rope snapped but I'm not sure what this part is called. It would be great if I could find out where I can get the replacement of this part.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-26 or S385-26 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2530 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Up and down opening. The string of the part snapped so it could not hold the window up anymore. Need to change out this two parts. 27in as shown on the photo.

Hello,

It looks like you may be showing the same balance assembly from your last post in September. Please note that the length should only include the metal channel, not including the end attachments.

Take a look and compare the S380 and S385 channel balances that we recommended in our original response to yours. Thanks for posting.
