My window piece is broken and I need a new part. Can you please advise which piece I need? It's the piece you put the handle into that is broken as seen in the pictures

Unfortunately, this operator has been discontinued for some time but we can still help. Take a look at the video below that shows the hardware that we recommend to replace your GU operator, along with the installation process. Note that the handling of the assembly shown in your photos matches the 39-316. Thanks for posting!
