These were installed in 2004. Side plastic guide? has cracked. Can this be replaced? Sent images of good side and bad side and sticker on side of window. Thank you for your help.

Hello, another window with some broken parts. Hung in 2004. Pictures of good parts on one side and broken parts on the other as well as sticker on side of window.. Thank you for your help.

At first sight, your cover resembles the 15-205 that holds three 3/8" thick coil springs. Please measure the thickness of the coil springs to confirm a good fit and confirm the amount behind the cover.
