I bought windows years ago from OC Cluss. These are the parts I use to fix my windows when the coils breaks. I need the shoe and coil.

This exact balance shoe is no longer available but the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe will work in its place. These are compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balances; attached to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. Take a look at the video tutorial, tagged below this thread, for instructions on selecting the correct coil weight option.
The 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel can be used to replace the coils balance covers/supports.
