Hey there. This is called a pivot shoe. Can you tell us the width and thickness of this shoe? That's the best way of narrowing down what you seek.

Hi and thank you for responding back.
It is 1 1/4" wide
1/2" thick
2" tall
where the window sash goes into the pivot part is 3/8" wide
I sent pictures of the measurements attached.

Thanks for the measurements. Those dimensions match our 15-046 Pivot Shoe. Take a look and see what you think!

It looks close but the pivot part for the window on the one you suggested is 5/16" wide and the one I have is more like 3/8" wide as shown in the picture I sent. Do you have one that is 3/8" at that pivot point? The other measurements match up to the part you suggested. Thanks again for your help.

Thanks for your patience. We don't have another version of this shoe with a different sized cam. I suspect the it won't be an issue--but to be safe, can you show me the pivot bar that works with this shoe, preferably removed from the window if possible? If I can identify the pivot bar and confirm it works with the 15-046, then you should be good to go.
