The markings next to part that is not broke is 1 7/8 long.

Looks like you have an older wood window with a broken spring balance. We unfortunately don't sell these parts. The only thing we have that may work for you is our 15-104 friction shoe. However, the balances and jamb liners are unavailable to us and are not something that we can supply. I apologize for the inconvenience.
