Just need a little help identifying the replacement part. The bar itself is fine (reads 24-'3 on the side).

Hey Steve. I believe this is a 15-195B 1-1/4" Wide Open Cam Pivot Shoe, used with Series 795 Channel Balances. Please compare an undamaged shoe with the images below to confirm this matches what you need.
