Window part (not balance)

Good day, I recently bought some window balances 23" Series 395 Channel Balance S395-23, option: 2240. At least one of my windows is missing the plastic piece, in the window itself, that holds the top pf the balance in place. Do you sell these?

I believe you're referring to the top sash guide. We carry a wide variety, which you can see here. Can you show me a picture of one of yours out of the window so that we can find a good match?

Okay, thanks. Our 18-008 sash guide looks like it will work for you. Please compare the width, depth, and location of the screw-holes your sash uses. If it matches, our part should be able to successfully replace yours.
