Tilt/Slide window as seen in picture......
Side mechanism allowing window to tilt and slide has broken.....
We need 8 pieces for 4 Windows...
Please identify and let us know if you stock....
We live in Clifton, NJ @ Riverwalk Way which is a K. Hovnanian development built in 2001.
We believe one of our neighbor ordered these same part from you.

It's very hard to tell what you have. Is there any way we can see the pivot shoe removed? Or at the very least, could we see a picture of it with the sash removed? It is currently obscuring a large portion of the shoe. Could you also give me its thickness and width? In the meantime, see our 15-046. This is a possible match.

Our dimensions are1/2 " thick and 1 1/2" wide....
We are not able to remove the part from the sash so those measurements are approximate.....

Thanks. Yes, I still think our 15-046 is the best match, but you will need to remove the pivot shoe to confirm that the measurements are the same.
