Looks like you need new coil balances. We should be able to help but I'll need more detailed photos. To start, can you show me a clearer picture of the pivot shoe? Can you also tell me how thick the springs are?

Thanks. Sorry, for getting back so long time. Here are pictures. The coil spring wide is 1/2".

The lower window height is 34"

That's perfect, thank you! That pivot shoe is a match for our 15-177, which is itself compatible with our Series 152 spring.

Thank you. We need to order the spring too. What would be the part number for the spring?

As mentioned in my previous post, that would be the Series 152. You will need the stamp off of the original to determine the proper weight option.

thank you. does the coil spring needs a holder? I saw in one of the video, it looks like there is a holder to hold the springs.

Yes, they will need covers to install. You can usually reuse the originals but if that isn't possible then we sell the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap, and 15-145 barrel. These "sandwich" over the springs to hold them in place in the jamb track.

Thank you so much. Do you have a link to the video of how to install. Maybe the one I watched in the past is not right

We do not have a video on this particular setup, unfortunately, just a general cover-all video that shows how most coil balances install. The same principles apply to this.

Thank you. The same window has broken pivot bar in the bottom both sides of window. I have only the broken part. Do you know what is part number? Thanks.

I'm very confident we have a pivot bar that can replace it, but it appears the front tip has broken off. That is the most important detail. Would it be possible to see an undamaged version?

Handy Person from 10002
thanks. It got stuck inside the windows and I can't get it out. It is the same window i order the pivot shoe.
Handy Person from 10002
there is a number on the broken part, 12310.

That number is unfortunately not related to any particular pivot bar that I can see. One potential replacement option is the 26-226 but you should try to find an undamaged version as a reference, at the very least. Also, if your old shoe is a match for the 15-177, then the tip should just lift out of the cam. It's not sealed in or anything.
