Thanks for reaching out! The coil balance assembly you have here is made with the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe, Series 190 Coil Balance (secured to the shoe using the 33-073 screw), and the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip used along with the 15-182 Balance Bushing.
To determine the coils needed to complete your assemblies, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the coil. If there aren't any, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide that by two (the total number of coils in the window).
Your pivot bar can likely be replaced with the 26-040 Pivot Bar, which is the one typically used with this shoe but you'll need to be sure that the installation hole placement is a match. Take a look at the diagram below for reference.
