Good day,

I am hoping to fix a window in my home. The Builders First Source window specialist referred me to your website.

The window code is 1100J Integral Twin (discontinued in 2006). I need the pulley inside the balancer. I have attached pictures. Is there any way that you might have this part, something similar or could refer me somewhere that I might find it?

Please see attached images of the entire balance. I am hoping that you might still have this item, or something similar, available.

Your balance resembles the S795 except that yours uses the smaller 15-194 T-lock shoe, which is sold separately. See the video below showing how to swap them out. Make sure to check the metal clip attached to the end of an undamaged balance pulley to confirm if it matches the screw tab used with our stock balances.
