Your coil shoe is no longer available but the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe will work to replace it. These use the same Series 152 Coil Balances.

I'm happy to recommend a replacement for the pivot bar (which is what you are referring to as the pin) but I'll need to see a photo of the existing hardware to identify it.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your pivot bar can likely be replaced with the 26-348 Pivot Bar. Although, you'll need to be sure to compare the placement of the installation holes. So long as at least one hole is a match, it will work as a replacement.
