Window parts

Attached are pictures of the part that connects the window pin to the plastic piece in the sash that connects to the spring that keeps the window open. this part is from the right side of the window standing inside facing out. I have checked several windows, both upper and lower windows, looking for a manufacturer name with no success. The windows are 18 years old.

I am the homeowner and comfortable doing home repairs.

Hopefully you can identify the part or a replacement.
