Hi there- thanks for posting!

It's hard to tell from this angle, but my guess is that you have our 15-177 shoe. Carefully compare all dimensions and information to what you have to be sure. I'm not completely sure about the pivot bar. Could you remove the entire thing from the window and send us a photo of that? If there are any other parts that you need, please take photos of them removed from the window as well.

The 15-177 were too wide.I sent them back. Our pivot shoe is more like 1" wide.I have attched photos of the coil balances. They don't have any tension and the window falls right down

I'm shocked the 15-177 wasn't a match. I've never seen a coil balance shoe that was only 1" wide. Where exactly where you running into issues during installation? Could you remove your old shoe and show me a picture of it out of the window? If your old shoe is 1" wide, I have no idea what could replace it.
