I need the little plastic part, it has no numbers on it and the spring for the window, it has number 2740 on the side it it helps, thanks for your help

Thanks for posting. For your Top Sash Guide, see our 18-061. Compare the dimensions to your old part and see if you think this could work for you.

For your channel balance, do you have a version with both nylon attachments at either end still attached? If so, could you show us pictures of those attachments? Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel, not including those attachments? Many thanks.

All I have is this on one side, but the metal channel is 28 inches

Thanks for the extra photos. I'm afraid I can't quite make out your top nylon attachment in the one photo you show of it. Does it have wings like the nylon shoe does? If it does not, then see our S350-28. You will need the 2740 stamp option.

I'm afraid that is not a photo of your top nylon attachment, but rather the bottom nylon shoe. See our S385-28, with a stamp option of 2740. The S385-28 has a top nylon attachment with wings. If your old balance in fact does not have wings on its top nylon attachment, you can simply clip the wings off. Just keep in mind that modified products are non-returnable.
