The balance widow shoes I received were very close but not close enough to work properly. So I sent you this picture of the window type itself. I also need the spring type slides that allow the window to tilt open and drop down for cleaning.

We don't sell your shoe, unfortunately. Yours has a deep groove in the center, which means that our shoes will not fit. The only thing I can recommend is an all new Series 795 channel balance to replace what you have now.

Also note that the default shoe that comes with the Series 795 won't be right, either. You also need to purchase the 15-195B separately. The video below will show you how these pop onto the balance.

Ok let me see if I understand you. Since I have the 15-195B shoes I need to buy the 795 channel. That's two per sach. So I should weight the sach to insure I have the proper channel? So I assume that windows are basically the same, but its the internal equip that differs. I also need to purchase the inserts (26-200) that go into the channels and screws in. How much are the 26-200 hooks? The picture below is the 15-195B I believe.......?

I'm not sure that you necessarily need the 26-200 screw plug. Does your old balance use hooks instead of screws? If so, that changes things. The 26-200 doesn't work in all windows. If you can show me a picture of the hole at the top of your track where the balance goes, that will allow me to confirm whether this will work or not. If not, we have to go in a different direction.
