Window parts

A handy person from Englewood, CO says:
I have one bad sash balance and would like to replace both. Window ID is LIN 1194 U32-HVS as shown in picture. I've uploaded a picture of the bad sash balance (the spring from it is missing) and a picture of what I believe the sash balance should look like. The length of the metal channel alone is 28 inches; when I measure the balance sash from one plastic end to the other, it's 29 inches. The back of the sash balance metal channel is stamped with "2730" which may be it's part number.

I will also need 1 sash clip as one is missing, picture of the existing sash clip is uploaded.

Lastly, I need a replacement tan plastic piece at the top corner of the moving window, indicated by the red arrow on that picture.

Thank you in advance for your time!

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Take a look at our S350-28 channel balance with a 2730 spring strength option. When measuring the length, make sure to only include the metal channel and not the end attachments.

Also, take a look at our 16-002 take out clip.

As for your top sash guide, we'll need to see an undamaged guide removed from the sash to confirm but it resembles our 18-008. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to yours. Thank you!
