Hi there!

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from your window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.

Thank you!

This is on one window that is actually bigger than the rest. It has a dual spring I think. The rest of the windows are 24 in with a single spring. I also need the window tabs that are broke.

Here are some more. Seams like they are all breaking. Line one a week. As you can see I have windows all around the building.

Thanks for these images, they're a huge help. Assuming all your windows use the same type of assembly (varying in how many springs they use, of course), then we can definitely help. See our 15-177 pivot shoe to start out, as well as the Series 152 coil spring. I think these are just what you need, but you'll have to check each window to determine how many springs/what stamp to use in each case.

I also recommend re-using the plastic covers you have now, if you can. We do sell covers for the Series 152 but they're a different style and your life will just be a little easier if you can reuse what you have now.

Finally, i see that you have broken pivot bars, too. Yours are broken so I'm not 100% sure what you need, but start with our 26-226. Compare our dimensions to yours to see if this might work for you.

Do you know how the dual spring attaches to the shoe? I only have one set screw. Does both springs use the same set screw?
The pivot bar looks correct. Does the coil springs come in pairs?
I will need 16 dual coil springs or 8 if they come in a pair for the larger window and I will need 48 coil springs or 24 if they come in a pair for the smaller windows.

Sure, the springs just slide into those slots you see near the top and then just screw in. As for whether both springs use the same hole, I definitely do see that all the time. I also see assemblies where one spring goes in one slot and the other spring goes in the other. I don't think it matters. If yours originally both went in the same hole then you may as well keep doing it that way.

All of our coil springs are sold individually. You will need to set the quantity to exactly how many you have now.

All orders can be placed directly on our site at your convenience.
