Window parts

A quick learner from Ky says:

These are older vinyl windows that use channel window balances on each side. To remove sash you open sash take out clips and window slides sideways out of frame. The pics I sent are on each side of top rail on window that grabs the channel balance. Not sure of their name other than prime sash cam, but can't find these. Thanks

I suspect that you need a new top sash guide, but the one in your photo is too damaged to identify. I suspect that you need something similar to our 18-073 but we would need to see an undamaged version of your guide, along with detailed dimensions, to confirm a replacement. Thank you!
