The make of the the window is The Window Factory, there's 3 coil on each side with the #4 stamp

Your pictures resemble our 15-199 Pivot Shoe which are compatible with two types of Coils. Our Series 160 Coil has a 1/2" thickness while our Series 165 is 3/8" thick. Please compare the measurements to determine which coil is needed.
