Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, this casement operator has been discontinued and we have not been able to locate a suitable replacement. The 39-027E and 39-028E would be our closest options but modifications would be necessary and, even then, I can't guarantee that they would work for your application. Take a look at the diagram below and see if you think these might work for you.

As far as the latch you're seeking, can you show me a picture of an undamaged version? I'll do my best to locate a match from there.
