Please start by reviewing the style of the Series 140 coil balance assembly. Compare the dimensions below to your original to confirm a good fit. The assembly will need to be removed from the window channel for accurate dimensions. Measuring an undamaged version would be best if possible.

It appears that the housing may have the numbers 6 + 6 visible. If so, this should mean that the balance can support 12 pounds of weight. Together with the other side, the total sash weight should be 24 pounds. I recommend weighing the sash to confirm this! If the weight matches up, take a look at the S140-12 assembly.
