I can't be sure since only the back of your pivot shoe is visible but I suspect that you have a discontinued part that we recommend the 15-177 to replace. Review the specifications below to confirm they match up to yours. If it's a match, see the S152 coil springs used with this shoe. If yours is stamped with 9, you would need the S152-9.

We also offer the 26-226 pivot bar that resembles yours but the dimensions will be the determining factor.
