Window parts

Question

Hi

These 4 windows will raise and lower but will not say up. The twist locks on the bottom are broken. I am unable to get the parts out of the groove and the trim seems to be made whole , I do not see any seems to take trim apart. I would need 4 pairs to fix these bay windows. Others in the house have different type hardware and try to fix these 4 bay windows first. No numbers, name or markings are visible.

Hi there Robert!

The part shown in your last two photos here is called a pivot shoe. The 15-177 looks like a match but take a look and see what you think. The Series 152 are the springs designed to be used with this pivot shoe.

As for the removal, we recommend making a cut out in the window track if the window is vinyl. The video below will show you how to do so.
