Hello there. This looks like a 15-199 Pivot Shoe, which uses either the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balances or the 3/8" thick Series 165 balances. Measure the thickness of your old balance tape to see which Series matches best. 

When balances are damaged, it's best to replace the mechanisms on both sides of the window to ensure consistent performance. For each individual coil spring you replace, you need to choose a sash weight, which reflects the strength of each spring. There are usually stamps on the individual coil springs that indicate this. if there are none, or you are uncertain, tell me whether you have the Series 160 or Series 165, and I can then work it out for you based on the sash weight. 

For the tilt latches, you might have our 26-243 and 26-244, which is a very common pair, but please compare with the dimensions below to confirm.
