Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 26-243 and 26-244 to start and see if the specifications match up with your old tilt latches. 

As for the pivot shoe, we don't sell a direct match but we have the 15-177. This uses the Series 152 coil springs, which are sold separately. You'll have to check the spring tongue for a stamped weight code. If there aren't any, we'll need you to get back to us with the precise sash weight.
