Can you help me identify the parts for my louvre windows. I can't close my windows due to rusted parts.

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Your window operator can be replaced with the 39-239C Encore Awning Operator. It is used along with the 39-556 Maxim Awning Track. The 39-536 Truth Hardware Pivot Slide Assembly is use to attach the operator arms to the track.
Both the operator and track are made of a stainless steel material, which may help prevent the hardware from rusting.

I'm happy to recommend a replacement for the window hinges. I'll just need to know the length of the track attached to the side of the window sill to determine the best option.
