Window parts

Pivot shoe and coil#10.
Cannot get right shoe to rotate enough to release from  sash.  Any suggestions?

Hello,

If the cam of the pivot shoe on the other side of the window is stuck in the locked position, you can try soaking it in WD-40. Ultimately, it may require some elbow grease to remove it if there is damage or rust holding it in place. 

As for replacements, see the 15-177 pivot shoe. We do not carry a 10-pound version of the S152 coils used with this assembly but you can use two S152-5 springs on each side to support the same amount of weight. We also offer the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap, and 15-145 barrel to support the coils in the window jamb.

I can't be sure which pivot bar would work based on a damaged part but the 26-466 would be a good place to start. Take a look and compare the specifications below to yours. Thanks for posting!
