I'm certain we can provide you with a replacement recommendation for this coil balance assembly. Although, I'll need to see a photo of the balance shoe to identify the correct match. Unfortunately, I cannot identify them using the window sticker or the photo of the springs and covers.

Thanks for the photo. This window shoe reminds me of the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. To confirm that this is the correct fit, carefully review and compare the specifications below.

This shoe uses the Series 152 Coil Balance. It is attached to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. You'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coil to determine the correct replacement for the assembly.

You'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel to replace the cover. The existing covers can be reused, preferred.
