I need the 2 metal parts in the first photo and the shoe in the other picture. I have included a picture of the entire assembly.

Thanks for posting. This looks like the 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. For the pivot bar, there are a few possibilities. Take a look at the 26-030, 26-226, 26-352 and 26-466. See if any of these match your old pivot bar.
