The pivot shoe in your first picture looks like our 15-129. If you also need the balance, see our Series 770 as well.

For the window locks, look at our 90-308 and 90-309. The keeper is no longer available, however. You might be able to substitute it with the 90-301. Carefully go over our information and see what you think.
