Hello! Please see our 15-177 pivot shoe and Series 152 coil springs. I believe these two parts will work fwell for your window but check them out and see if you agree.

This second part here is called a pivot bar. Yours in particular resembles our 26-030, so this may be just what you wanted. I recommend once again looking over our specs to confirm.
