Good morning
The plastic part in second picture broke. This plastic part is attached to the metal part that holds the window up preventing it from slamming down.

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that your window uses the Series 770 channel balance. This balance screws in at the top of the metal channel. The plastic piece is the pivot shoe. If you only need this part, we will need to see the original removed with written out dimensions of the width and thickness. From there we can compare to our selection to determine the best match.
