Window parts need replacing

Has numbers 27 4 hv cmc 2 is 27 3/4 long I have a picture as well. Please get back to me as soon as possible thank you I appreciate your time.

Your balance resembles the Series 395 channel balance with a 1-1/8" deep shoe. My concern is the length of the balance. Can you double check the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments?

Based on the 27 4 stamp, it should measure 28 inches long. If the length differs, the balance would not fit correctly. Thank you!
