Window parts needed

Question

The window doesn't have any stickers but another window says H-R55. I need the pieces on each side that hold the window up as well as the locks and the tilt lock.

Thanks for your post! The balance you have is the Series 795 Channel Balance. I'll need to know the length of the channel (excluding the attachments) and its stamp to confirm the correct replacement. Also, please confirm how the balance installs at the top of the window (using a screw or hook).

This balance uses a few different shoes so you'll need to remove the existing shoe and confirm its width (across the bottom).
