Window parts needed for broken shoes and pivot bars

A home owner from Asheville, NC says:
We have a few windows that have become un-openable.
Upon further examination, we see that the shoe has broken on one and the pivot bars have broken completely off on another. There's a third window with the pivot bar broken off into the shoe.
