Window pivot

I replaced the windows in our house from Home Depot about 10+ years ago. The pivot bar on one of the windows broke from high winds and the latch not being secured. I've attached a picture from another same size window of the pivot bar.

I'm hoping that you carry this part. If so, what would be the cost
