Window pivot

Quick Learner from Island Lake, Illinois
Good Morning - going to be ordering a few parts for some older windows. One issue I am having with two of the windows is the gap between the sash and the frame. The pivot falls out of the slide because there is some space and the pivot will not stay in place. The current part has about 1/2" protrusion from the sash frame - Is there a replacement that is any longer? I can file it down if too long but cannot leave them as they currently are. Don't want the windows to fall out on the kids beds. Thanks for your help.

Take a look at our 26-040 to start. This only has one screw hole, but you only need to use one for a pivot bar to work. So long as its position matches with one of the holes on your old pivot bar, I think this can work for you. See what you think.
