Window pivot bar, 3"

Question

cust has very old pivot bar, all of his pivot bars are snapped/missing the pin at the end, but what you see in the photo is 3", the width is approx 1/4". cust is not sure at this stage of window make or model, we are trying to see if you folks have anything close to this. Cust thought that part number 26-452 looked close to it, not sure if it is flat enough and brass colored. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
