I unfortunately couldn't find a match for this pivot bar, but our 26-378 is similar. I recommend comparing our dimensions to yours to confirm. Please note that the overall length doesn't matter. The hole center placement, however, is essential. It looks like you have a lot of wiggle room in that sense so as long as our holes fall anywhere in the space of your old ones then you should be okay.
