Window pivot bar and sash/ picot shoe

Question

I think the pivot bar might be Ashland? But the pivot shoe is broken on the sash and I need to replace it.

This looks like our 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 152 Coil Balances. The pivot bar might be our 26-226, but it's best to confirm with an undamaged version to confirm.
