Window pivot lock shoe

A home owner from Boiling Springs, SC says:
My home is a Ryan Home that was built about 10 years ago. I bought it about 2 years ago and started finding these pivot lock shoes on my window balances are all breaking and causing my windows not to raise properly. We ordered 4 of what we thought were the right part but was different. There are no numbers on the actual part but found some numbers on the window itself that may help which is enclosed with the pics of the pivot shoes. The pivot shoes are what I need. Thanks

I'm afraid you won't be able to replace this shoe. It's an older type that is no longer made. That said, you can replace the entire balance with our Series 795 channel balance. I would also recommend purchasing our 15-195B. You can just pop this on the Series 795 when you receive them.

I can't read your whole message; it's cut off. Try typing it again, if needed. If you're referring to the "option," there is a chart in the product description on the S795-14 webpage, and that chart tells you which option to choose. You just weigh your window sash and consult the chart. If it's not the option, let me know what you need.
